Will This Workout Harm Me At All? - squash workout

I'm only 12 and I want to know whether this training will hurt me or my height. I am 5 feet 1 and 100 pounds. MA school, NRL (rugby) team.

That is my plan:

Legs abs day 1 Arms - squats, sitting / standing calf raises, leg raises, crunches, bicep curls, triceps curls, wrist curls / reverse, pumpkins pocket. (Exercise 1)

Day 2: Rest

Day 3: chest, back, shoulders - Bench Press, Military Press, page views shrugs with dumbbells, weighted dips. (Task 2)

Day 4: Rest

Day 5: Exercise 1

Day 6: Exercise 2

Day 7: Rest

All the exercises 3 sets - 10 reps
10 minutes cardiovascular, or skip steps
